Why this blog?
Why this blog? To get me back in the habit of recording all the movies we see. I used to keep track but got lazy. The reason I began doing it was that in late 1999, we decided to make lists of the best movies of the 1990s. About 3 years later, I'd finally finished. Shawn never finished his. I wanted to make it easy for the next decade.
To get started....we watched Chicago last night for the umpteenth time. Will have to get a replacement DVD soon, as our VHS copy glitches out a bit during one of the best numbers, "We Both Reached for the Gun."

Cool. I've kept a list of every movie I've seen since July 1 1995. What really annoyed me was that movie number 1000 (that's not just cinema-- tv and dvd as well) ended up being some really bad Farrelly brothers comedy.
